​Kia ora.  My name is Robyn and I am a qualified Massage Therapist, with a focus on holistic well-being.  Although I work in relaxation, therapeutic, pre and post-natal, and infant massage; my aim in all massage, is to send my people home with a feeling of bliss, rejuvenation, and wholeness.

I am a mum of three, with only one teenager still at home.  I have used massage throughout our lives, to support and enhance our wellbeing.  My aim is to do the same for you and your family also. 

I firmly believe in the many benefits of massage therapy and in using this as a wellness tool. Although the physiological benefits are significant and obvious; the psychological, emotional and spiritual benefits, are the results that I truly love to see.

​I am of Ngāti Pōrou and Te Whānau A Apanui descent. I use my traditional gifts to reconnect, realign and restore your mind, body and spirit.

Hi my name is Amy and I am a internationally qualified beauty, body and spa therapist. I bring with me over 14 years of experience in the industry.

I feel fortunate that I have a profession that is my true passion where I can enhance the natural beauty of my clients. I truly enjoy making my clients feel amazing both inside and out and always strive to give my clients the best experience and personal attention with all the different treatments I offer.

Since the beginning of my career I have gained a wonderful client base and wish to keep learning new techniques and information to share with you all. When I’m not with clients at Vital Balance you will find me with my amazing children and partner, who keep me super busy and organised with their interests netball, rugby and gymnastics.

Rebecca

Meet Rebecca - Beauty Therapist, (and soon to be extraordinaire Massage Therapist!)

Did you know that our Rebecca is now qualified in Beauty and is now pursuing the next step in her career  - to become a qualified Level 5 Massage Therapist!!

Rebecca is passionate about all things beauty and wellness.  Rebecca has studied her Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification as a HITO Beauty Therapist, under the watchful, experienced and talented tutelage of our Amy.   As such, she has become a skilled and beautiful therapist with a real ability to make all clients feel relaxed and at ease - AND leave looking fabulous!  

She now is looking forward to adding to those skills, and providing nourishing, relaxation massage as well. 

Out of work, Rebecca loves to spend time with her family, go to the gym and bottomless brunches, and hang out with her (adopted) dog, (ask her about the dog - its a pretty cute shared care arrangement!) Her favourite food is sushi and her favourite colour is pink!

Rebecca has gained a great client base and is incredibly passionate about providing the best service and quality treatments.

Jay

Malo Soifua and Hello! My name is Jay, and I have recently arrived in New Zealand with my beautiful wife and twin sons. Trained and licensed in the United States, I have 9 years of experience working with clients to find the treatment plan that best meets their needs, be it relaxation, pain relief or athletic recovery.


Born and raised in Samoa, I was inspired to pursue a career in massage therapy after observing the positive impact of massage and holistic healing in my village. In their roles as healer and midwife, my parents used massage to help and comfort members of the community, and I aspire to do the same in my practice. I have experience in a wide variety of modalities and never stop learning. I even recently learned Hawaiian lomi lomi techniques!


Outside of massage therapy, my greatest passions are my family, music and sports. I love to sing and play ukulele at home and can make the most of any karaoke machine. In the United States, I participated in fitness competitions and played in competitive volleyball leagues. I am looking forward to settling into my new community in New Zealand and discovering how I can best assist my new clients in Hamilton.

Nicole

 

Let me introduce you to our Nicole!! Nicole is our fabulous level 5 qualified massage therapist with a real knack for combining relaxation massage with therapeutic benefit.  She is intuitive with her practice and this combined with her empathetic nature and ability to 'iron out kinks' has made her an invaluable member of Vital Balance.  Reviews for Nicole are outstanding (check them out yourself), and her regulars have been told to make sure they book well ahead to make sure they don't miss out on their fave time and date!

Away from the massage table, Nicole and her man have recently built and moved into their new home.  In her spare time she is learning to play golf, and loves cooking up delicious meals for her family which includes her two beautiful kids! Nicole brings both expertise and warmth to our clinic, and we are grateful to have her as part of the Vital Team!
